representing the league for our team’s age division in the assigned NABF tournament. I realize the rule that any team participating in two or more NABF sanctioned leagues in the same age division must decide which league they will compete in for the right to advance to any NABF Regional or World Series Tournament. This request must be approved by the President/Commissioner of the NABF league the team will represent and by the NABF Franchise Committee Chairman (Executive Director). It should also be realized that failure to comply with this rule will result in forfeiture of ALL games played in the tournament and the suspension of the team manager and team from the NABF.

For a team to be eligible to participate in tournament play, this form must be completed.

Note: this form MUST be completed for any team that is currently participating in two or more NABF sanctioned leagues that wishes to take part in any NABF Regional or World Series Tournament. Refer to rule 3.11B and 6.09 in the NABF rule book.
